Lesson 1 Genres of Computer Games

There are many different games and they are divided into eight genres (see Page 102 on the textbook). Genre is a word of French origin and it means type, category or group.

Tasks for the lesson:

1. Understand the common features of each genre
2. Find examples and classify them.
3. Create an A3 poster to inform the audience the genres.
   1. the poster must state the name and the common features of the genre, and example(s)
