Blockbuster Stage 5- store the questions from contributors -a form to collect questions and a form to select category for a game (23/10/2011)

Blockbuster version 4 - store the score (22/10/2011) and list the highscore list(25/10/2011)-- a WORKING model - without proper questions.

bugs have been removed with the checking algorithm 25/10/2011 - recursive handling

get the top ten scores (will be added to flash) (22/10/2010)
